  24.      The  TCP_ONLINE type may be used if your Amiga is connected to the net
  25.      at  all  times.   The  difference  from TCP is that messages you write
  26.      automatically are sent when you leave the system.  Used along with the
  27.      PERIODIC  argument  to ConnectThor or gettcp, sending and recieving of
  28.      mail  and  news  does  not require any interaction with ConnectThor or
  29.      sendtcp/gettcp.
